You will not get every job for which you audition.

You will get the job, but the film will fall through.

You will think you've nailed it, then never hear from them again.

You will have days when you are just "off."

Your best reading will occur in the elevator after the audition.

You will be competing with cell phones, pagers and lunch.

You will be read by people who can barely read, let alone act.

You will walk in with all the confidence in the world, only to get psyched out by the gorgeous blond in the corner.

You've been told that agents & casting directors are people, too, but you're beginning to doubt it.

YOU WILL WORK AGAIN IN THIS BUSINESS.
