Hello everyone,
I
am so excited to announce the association of Margie Haber Studios with
my wonderful friends, Bob and Della of yourACT Studios. It
has been two years of preparation for us to come to Atlanta and now
The Haber Studio is in motion.
Last
year, Bob and Della
spent a month learning the Haber Audition technique both in
Atlanta and
at my studio in Hollywood. They are committed to bringing this
knowledge to the Atlanta actors. I am very proud of the work they
are doing.
Bob
and Della ended last year with a very successful on-camera audition
workshop. Everyone loved it and another one is happening
in January. It is a great opportunity for the Atlanta actors to get
prepared for my return. I will be doing my advanced audition workshop
on February 24th through the 26th. We are hoping that
this is just the beginning of a very successful relationship.
As
you all know, auditioning is very challenging. It is not
easy to own a person’s life with such a short time to prepare. I have
a fantastic method that gives all actors an opportunity to really learn
how to breakdown the sides quickly and thoroughly, emotionally rather
than intellectually. When you take my weekend workshop, you learn
the Haber phrase technique that allows you to use the paper as part
of your relationship and intention. No more memorizing! Bob and
Della will also be offering on going classes so that you can have a
gym to continue the work.

I've been acting for seven years yet I still felt inconsistent in my
auditions. My performance was rarely indicative of what I was capable
of as an actor. After just three days with Margie I looked at the whole
process differently and saw some of the reasons why my performances
were lacking at times. My first audition after her workshop I approached

As far as the course...loved
it!!! with all my heart... my experience of the class changed my acting
completely on so many levels... the very first day, I responded so positively
to Margie's words of spirituality and encouragement. I am a very spiritual
person and have spent many, many years dedicated to my own personal
growth and striving to bring my whole being freely into my acting...and
I thought after training for so many years...I had pretty much seen
it all...oh boy! big surprise!
Margie said spiritual stuff..and
I said wow! I was so thankful to be taught so positively and and able
to integrate the whole of my life's journey and experience...

stuff..stuff that even I couldn't see..it was so subtle and core...

I thought i could control

wow! I have learned other techniques to stay off the page and Margie's
technique allows for me to be more truthful and deeper...with Margie's
technique and guidance i now have the ability to quickly master true
emotion while staying off the page when it counts...all this in a cold
read...and my nerves of keeping that balance are now gone! I feel Margie
has helped me combine two missing links I haven't had in my 10 years
of training...where positive spirituality meets patience on the page..and
giving that truth to the camera... that has made all the difference!
